    Peanut Sundal

    Ingredients for Peanut Sundal


    • 200 g Raw Peanuts shelled
    • 2 Dry Red Chillies
    • few Curry Leaves
    • 2 tsp Coconut grated
    • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 1 tsp Oil
    • pinch Asafoetida Powder
    • Salt as per taste
    Optional

    • 1 Green Chilli chopped

    How to make Peanut Sundal


    • Pressure cook the peanuts with salt until two whistles.
    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Fry the mustard seeds and dry red chillies for 30 seconds.
    • Add the asafoetida powder, boiled and drained peanuts and coconut.
    • Stir well.
    • Add green chillies, curry leaves and mix.
    • Remove and serve.

    Sprouted Green Gram Sundal (Pachai Payaru Sundal)


    Ingredients for Sprouted Green Gram Sundal (Pachai Payaru Sundal)


    • 1 cup Sprouted Green Gram pressure cooked
    • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • pinch Asafoetida Powder
    • few Curry Leaves
    • Oil as required
    • 4 Dry Red Chillies - 4
    • 1/4 cup Coconut grated
    • Salt as per taste

    How to make Sprouted Green Gram Sundal (Pachai Payaru Sundal)


    • Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
    • Add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida powder and dry red chillies.
    • Fry for 30 seconds and add the cooked green gram.
    • Add coconut and salt.
    • Stir to mix well.
    • Serve in small cups.
